65cm to the dressing room is very little, as is 74cm to the shower. I would base it on a normal door, so about 90cm passage each.

Our thinking was that we wouldn't be going in and out there constantly. And the shower should have splash protection as well.

I find the bathroom rather irregular. The recess for the shower might possibly be annoying in the children's room.

Where is north? It seems to me that the child will get a large room, but a north-facing one? I would leave out the wall to the dressing room, as it would create a storage closet here. Better to have the cabinets around the corner and a divider that can be changed. Cabinets around the corner would be the priority here so that you can move around in the dressing room; this works better on a square area than in a narrow corridor.
