The bathroom serves as a daytime bathroom, and if there is a guest in the adjacent bedroom, they can use this bathroom.

Use option 1 and if it should be accessible, increase the distance between the corner of the room and the cabinet. If you don't want to make the room even smaller: This could also be done by slightly angling the bedroom wall and slightly shifting the door towards the front door or integrating it into the angled wall, possibly with the opening to the hallway.
