Shower in the guest bathroom: it may be that it is initially only created as an option and a built-in wardrobe is installed. The underlying idea is: if one actually becomes in need of care and unable to walk, the west side of the living room will be separated, a door to the entrance area will be installed, and then there will be a care room on the ground floor, or it would be possible to live on one level in an emergency (that is why we will also discuss the door width to the guest bathroom again).
That is very reasonable (of course only both together: with a 76 cm door it is less useful in case of care needs).
