Show the standard floor plan from the architect. Is the architect employed by the general contractor? And then tell us what you disliked. You don’t quite write what your needs are.
I don’t like it at all. Yes, the hallway may be quirky. But that could be tolerated more if the rest fits.
Utility room and staircase (or when exchanged with WC) the secondary rooms are in the best location. Does the kitchen have an exit? I only see an exit to the terrace in the north (in front of the creepy cemetery)… instead of opening the house to the garden. You stand in the rather small living room, unfortunately no one can see the bay window.
Children’s rooms in the north, well, you yourself look at the rest suspiciously.
How big should it be overall? How much budget do you have?
North is in my opinion to the left of the plan, see arrows on the drawings.
