You can report what ended up coming out in the end. If your wish is 160 sqm, then I don't understand the 190 sqm - do you need that much space? So did you want [Luftraum], [Ankleide], [Abstellraum] and [Arbeitszimmer]?

The design is quite easy to shorten. In the upper floor, you can see about 1 to 1.5 meters of reducible space in the bathroom, in front of the dressing room, and in the bedroom. The same applies to the ground floor: storage, hallway, and utility room.
