The furnishing in the living room is very inconvenient. Windows completely blocked, sun on the TV, no view of the garden. I would measure the walking paths around the dining table again. The sliding door to the left side of the plan is very poorly positioned there and the table could be somewhat short, so in reality it also blocks the door at the bottom of the plan.

Since we placed great value on large hallways, Child 1 is so winding. The house will have both children and visitors, so the "waiting area" can be used by both ;) A Carrerabahnplatz was also an idea from our side. The house has a full basement. Regarding the furnishings: these are only suggestions from the draftswoman. There will be a home theater in the basement. Otherwise, little TV is watched. The sliding door opening has already been changed :)

For 5 people it is too small, otherwise possibly not needs-oriented ;)

Well, small is relative.. Yes, demand-oriented was actually not our priority [emoji51]

Well. You do have to write who is supposed to live there. There is a difference whether a family or 60+ move into the house. I asked you to fill out the questionnaire - certainly not for me. But it makes a difference whether 4 or 2 people, 30 or 70 year olds move into the house. Whether one works shifts, the other has a handicap.

A house should definitely be planned according to needs, otherwise as a single man they'll still put a children's bathroom on you ;) 2 children's rooms mean nothing, they could just have been named by the planner. I think the orientation is missing. How are you supposed to assess the location???

The users here are very different, just like builders – there is not only the standard healthy four-person family where dad works and mom wants an island... You have to write something that is important to you and suits you.

So, I already feel like I'm out of the discussion before it even starts. :( Three pages are spent here because the OP expects everyone to have a crystal ball...
