Floor plan currently 220m² - where could savings be made?

I find that kind of thing strange. He surely has current experience data. Even with the simplest rule of thumbs based on somewhat comparable objects, you can't be that far off. Especially since the price here apparently does not seem to be due to special, rarely requested features, but simply based on the size of the object. Or were there any surprises in the ground that have now become apparent?
