Floor plan bathroom design Neunau 9 sqm in L-shape

Hello everyone,
we had our floor plan designed and are satisfied with almost everything except the bathroom. The layout of the bathroom cannot be changed, but maybe the arrangement can be adjusted.

Our wish: walk-in shower (without glass) and a bathtub.

In the current plan (see photo), the toilet is planned directly next to the floor-to-ceiling window, which I think would really bother me. Furthermore, the drawn shower is not a proper walk-in shower because the wall is only 1 meter long (not sufficient protection against splashing water?! Then a glass door would have to be installed there?!).
I am somehow completely desperate and have already thought about it back and forth but can't make progress. Maybe someone has a good tip.

Without measurements, you probably won't get any tips. The floor-to-ceiling window only bothers you in the bathroom? Otherwise, everyone is welcome to see you naked? That is very generous. Does someone live across the street? :D

That will not work any other way and is well resolved given the requirements.

That would be all too cramped for me, just to mindlessly tick off the must-haves of the time. This narrow tube of a dressing room as an entrance would not be my thing at all. I would rather plan a spacious bedroom and a more spacious bathroom than such cluttered chambers.

Not helping the woman. The dimensions of the bathroom are not fully visible. It's like pulling teeth.
