That is exactly what I would want to decide myself. I actually also have a certain ability to abstract. :)

Yes, it is a consumer construction contract from after 2018.
I would just like to know if there are (own) experiences with pre-litigation/litigation disputes with manufacturers.

If your scoring is accordingly valuable to you, rather invest in a specialist lawyer for an initial consultation and then decide on a more robust basis. When we had our terraced house built in 2000/01, we were lied to (e.g., the order of construction phases), which resulted in us moving in 12 months later. There was nothing to be done about it. I was too blind and stupid to fall for it, even though I should have recognized a warning sign. Whether this experience helps you…

Then the score just drops. So what... what's the point of having insurance if you don't use it? An initial consultation with any lawyer costs 226.10 euros (§ 34 RVG).

You can also get an initial assessment online, just Google something like eins zwei drei recht or ask a lawyer or whatever they are called. But instead of the minimum bid of 25 EUR, I would fairly offer 100 EUR or more. I've done this before and had very good experiences with it, although by now we have also gained experience with local lawyers for significantly four-figure sums. For an initial assessment, such an online platform is good; it seems to run a bit like an auction and is more for acquiring new clients. The higher your bid, the more likely a lawyer is to respond, and they even appreciate that you didn’t just use the minimum bid. The higher the lawyer’s engagement in answering the question, the better, at least from my experience.

That works quite well. The more is at stake, the more reliably choose the source. Being stingy with a lawyer is just as short-sighted as rushing there for every little trifle. For the OP, it may be about a five-figure sum, so valid assistance is worth something. How far the talks with the construction partners have been exhausted and whether they were productive is unclear.
