Financing without equity except for land - Bavaria

Demolition costs were initially calculated at 30k. We have already obtained quotes. But maybe there is asbestos in our house, which is why we added more.

I had written that we hardly have any savings, for "personal" reasons. We have only been able to save for about 2 years. But since then, we have been putting aside 2000€ monthly.
I didn't find the comment about the child wrong at all. We will create a separate cost plan for that.

You can already comfortably get paid T€ 200 for the plot, if you want, before the first excavator rolls. You can draw liquidity if you want.

Planning replaces chance with error. The approach of including realistic buffers is sensible, as in the case of asbestos. Everywhere and the calculation should add up.
