Financing via Mockenhaupt, Reusch, "Financing Group" - experiences?

Hello everyone,

Through Kern-Haus, "Mockenhaupt" was suggested to us as a possible financing partner they apparently work with more frequently. They are located in Siegen, but we have now come across Mr. Reusch from Hürth, with whom we have an appointment soon.

I can’t find a single post here in the forum under any of the keywords mentioned in the title, which surprised me a lot given the wealth of other information.
Is there a reason for this, or are they just too regional/small?

We will report back if necessary, but if someone already knows something and would like to share, we would be very happy!

Financing and house construction company better completely separated. Unless there are unbeatable conditions or price concessions.

Why not take the partner of the home builder? He accesses banks anyway via the same platform. If the home builder then subsidizes the conditions, all parties have won.

But please also have comparison conditions calculated by a regular broker.

Funny, I have walked past the address many times but never noticed it. However, I would look for an independent advisor near you, as that could be advantageous if you want to have a personal conversation. Or do you want to travel to Siegen or the Cologne branch every time?

Even a well-visited forum like this one cannot know every financing broker – not even those working with reasonably well-known home providers. Often, each regional sales representative has their own trusted associate for this, and often these are small outfits. Personally, I would wish for a stronger trend toward fee-based advising in this area.

seems to be a completely normal broker. Can only agree, listen, request an offer and choose 1-2 more addresses
