A tip regarding the required financing. The loan-to-value ratio will end up in the area of 75%. This will result in good conditions. Since you are below 80%, you should apply for the KFW funds 124 and 153 separately from the main financing. This way, the bank that has to provide the other funds and not have to pass through KfW (the bank is fully liable for KfW funds and factors that risk into the conditions for the main loan funds) will get conditions for under 60%.

A nice, well-rounded project. Congratulations on this decision.

Nice idea to place KfW elsewhere but it will fail because the second bank also wants to have the main financing. You hardly earn anything from KfW funds.

Yes, of course I have these.

Below 80% loan-to-value ratio, I submit the KfW application through Alte Leipziger to KfW, thus after the equity, the loan-to-value ratio is further reduced by the KfW funds.

I received 0.2% better interest rates through KfW, which I initially did not want, at Hypo than without. Brokered via Interhyp. Who is registered subordinately in the land register when it is separated?
