hey yeah I can unfortunately only calculate based on the offers as they are and I always rounded up and come to my total you have to say it’s built quite normally no kfw or anything else 36.5 cm wall U9 bricks ready no 20 panels solar or photovoltaic either and in our region the prices are still really reasonable mason hour 40€, plastering 11€ per m² and tiler 45€ per hour and all that without Blackwork otherwise you can easily take off another 10-15 euros and there are enough people who would do it ^^Phew hopefully you calculate that correctly.
