Hello HilfeHilfe, thank you for your post. As far as I know, we would get 2 KFW loans?! First, the home ownership program (124) and the energy-efficient construction (153). Well, I think with the "capable" brokers, it's a tricky thing. Unfortunately, I have to say that except for the advisor at the Sparkasse, I haven't found anyone capable who has really offered me a good solution. A good idea or anything else... But I would be happy if you could recommend something to me here :-) Regards and thanks

Hello

yes exactly. However, the home ownership program should be examined very carefully. Often it is not worthwhile if you receive a cheap main financing

Hello,

I now have offers from LBS/Sparkasse and Debeka as mortgage financiers.

Both recommend that I save up a [Bausparvertrag] in parallel for the two loans over €100,000, which will be due after 12 years.
Likewise, for both [KFW-Darlehen] over €50,000, so that my financing is covered by a loan amount of €300,000 until the end.

Does that make sense?!

Oh, I almost forgot. The LBS/Sparkasse would include my [Riester-Rente] here and convert it into a [Wohnbauriester], while Debeka would integrate my [LV] and also "finance" through it.

Maybe you could briefly explain to me how "appealing" or not this concept is.

Regards and thanks
