Hello everyone,

I wanted to get some information in this forum and hear your opinion on financing options:

2 people / Salary: about 3,800 euros net (2016: around 4,000 euros net)
No children / No debts / No loans / etc.
Equity: 50,000€ (+reserve about 8-10,000€)
To finance: about 250,000€
The rate for the financing is 1,000 euros per month with the current offer paid off in 25 years.

Previous apartment: about 770€ warm

If you can handle money, it’s not an issue. If children are planned and storks bring them, it could get tight.

If there are children and someone is working part-time. What does it look like regarding income then?

Children are not planned. If part-time were (which is also not planned), we would probably currently be between 3,300-3,500 (with a salary increase to come).

At 3800 euros net, 250,000 initially does not look bad.

Do you already have concrete financing offers?

Annuity loans?
Building savings contracts?
Life insurance?
KfW funds

What are your living expenses like in general? Maybe you also have a boat that consumes 2000 euros per month, then everything looks different again.
So insurance, cars, vacations, etc. and so on.

More information would be great!
