Financing / Installment - Feedback Desired

Living costs are not really high. Each of us has our own car (no financing) – otherwise no boats, spaceships, or other expensive hobbies!
Monthly commitments the usual: phone/internet/fitness
One vacation every year. (Which is also paid with holiday pay).

Financing offer is in place and with repayment (approx. 3%) and interest we come to a burden of about €980.
(+ [Bausparer] €200 monthly savings for repayment of a loan after 10 years).

Approximately 1200 euros monthly loan payment corresponds to 30% with a 4000 euros monthly net income. Great!

With the remaining 2800 euros, one will be able to maintain the house, the cars, and everything else as well.
