With your data, I come to about 1.06% (Effekt.) in the interest comparison. So your offer is not that bad, but it is probably possible to get it a bit cheaper.

Don't find the interest rate that great now. We have just closed. Just under 70% loan-to-value and repayment just over 3% at 1.11% effective with the standard 5% special repayment over 20 years

Hello Ohlertan,

I find it too high, to be honest.
I have an almost 100 percent financing and have an effective interest rate of 1.36 percent with 5 percent equity.
And I am taking out €400,000!
Compare again, go to the financial service providers, I have had good experiences there.

At ING, we got 0.85% on 10 years with 80% loan-to-value. At Degussa, it would have even been 0.8%.
