The post cannot be edited.

The question is whether this financing is possible.

If you want to buy a new kitchen for 100,000 EUR with it, then probably not. If you have 500,000 EUR in equity and want to finance a 600,000 EUR house with it, then probably yes.

100,000 EUR is not even enough for a condominium in Fulda, hence the three question marks about what is actually planned here, what the equity share is, etc...

Equity 5,000 EUR

Planned is a conversion of the attic, approx. 130 sqm.
The house and land belong to the parents-in-law.

And should they remain the property of the parents-in-law? Should the bank be registered in the land register? That means the bank can, in case of emergency, foreclose on the property (completely).

Or do you want to divide the property according to the Condominium Act?

Both unlimited outside the probationary period?

How do you want to secure the 85 to 100? Can the bank be entered in the land register? Otherwise, we are in the area of acquisition loans, with correspondingly high interest rates.

Whether the bank can be entered in the land register is not finally clarified. Both are permanent employees outside the probationary period.
