Finance and buy or continue renting in the Stuttgart area?

Hi Kati, cool calculator - where can you find it on the web? Of course, this is not just a rational decision. There are many soft factors that speak for or against buying or renting.

Unfortunately, I am not allowed to post links here, but if you search for "zinsen berechnen" you will quickly find it. The tool is called "Kaufen oder Mieten," or something like that, and can be found in the "Wohnen" section. You can also include increases (in salary, property value, rent – however you want), but only linearly. I left that out for simplicity because it’s all a lot of guesswork anyway. ;)
