Fiberglass wallpaper should be removed

Hi,
I've been dealing with how to get rid of the structured fiberglass wallpaper since their house purchase.
I don't yet know if it can simply be peeled off, so I'm looking for alternatives. One I've come across is Putzstreich.
Does anyone have an opinion on this?
Will the Putzstreich hold on the wallpaper? Do you have to prime?
The wall should be as smooth as possible; I don't want to wallpaper again.

To remove the fiberglass wallpaper you need: a putty knife, protective gloves, sturdy garbage bags, masking tape and, if necessary, a sanding machine and a mask if the wallpaper needs to be sanded. To protect the baseboards from damage, you can tape them off with masking tape at the transition to the walls. With the help of the putty knife, you can first loosen the wallpaper at the bottom edge of the wall so that you can pull it off easily. Here you will see whether you can simply dry peel the fiberglass wallpaper off the wall or if it will need to be sanded later.

dry remove the fiberglass wallpaper:
Simply peel the fiberglass wallpaper off the wall in whole pieces or with the help of the putty knife
