At the beginning of the year, we financed a plot of land through a Vario loan (no fixed interest rate and special repayments in any amount).
As it currently looks, we will have completed the land loan by the end of January 2018. What fees (notary/land registry) can we expect regarding the "increase" of the land charge for the house financing?
Does the land charge have to be deleted and newly registered, or is there another, possibly cheaper way?
