We would like to build a house :) Could you please take a look and see if this is feasible?

- Income approx. €5,000.00 (Income man, woman currently on maternity leave without income) - Fixed costs approx. €2,200.00 - Food + fuel approx. €600.00 monthly

- Plot approx. €250,000.00 - House costs approx. €330,000.00 - Additional costs approx. €90,000.00 Total project therefore approx. €670,000.00

Equity is approx. €200,000.00 Financing planned over approx. 23 years

So you need 470k? Should be feasible with the income. Whether it will be tight at first, you have to judge. The wife might possibly work again.

Is it allowed to ask about age?

The fixed costs do not include rent, right? Of the 5,000 €, 2,200 remain. Can these be fully used for the financing rate and additional costs?

But that you will be done in 23 years, I cannot imagine. Roughly calculated, a rate of 2,000-2,200 € would be necessary for that. Prepayments not considered.

Income 5000€ net? I consider living expenses of 2800€ appropriate ;)

We are 40.

5000 € is net.

2200 € living expenses are without rent, so 2000 € could be used.
