Hello everyone,
I hope that I am in the right forum with this topic. I also know that a binding clarification will ultimately only be possible with legal assistance. But maybe someone here in the forum has already had similar experiences in the past...
Here are the main facts:
And that brings us to the problem. We fully relied on the statement and confirmation of the sales partner. For this reason, we omitted special requests such as "preparation for a satellite system" (which was stupid in hindsight..). Now, as things stand, we are left without cable TV and without satellite. The latter can certainly be retrofitted without major effort, but with additional costs.
Do you think there is a chance to still come out well here and possibly even get a cable connection? No development has taken place yet. We inquired together with other buyers at Vodafone; they want a mid four-figure amount per house.
I look forward to your suggestions, ideas, and experiences. Maybe this exchange will help us and possibly show us another way.
Thanks and regards
Tim

Here are the main facts:
[*
- Purchase of a semi-detached house through a developer - turnkey
[*]Sales and consultation through a sales partner commissioned by the developer
[*]Problem "Cable connection":
[LIST]
[*]Unfortunately, no binding commitments regarding this in the purchase contract and construction description
[*]Therefore, inquiry was made with the responsible sales partner whether the house would have a cable connection
[*]The feedback was a clear "YES" - even after a further inquiry
[*]Statement by the site manager during the first site visit (about 8 months later): NO, no cable connection, only a normal telephone line
