Fall over the window cold / entrance door

Hello everyone,

we took the following pictures using a thermal imaging camera. My question is whether the temperature fluctuations indicate a defect?

The house is a solid construction with lightweight concrete. Above the windows there is a cold roof which is separated from the upper floor by a cellulose insulation of 24cm. In case that is relevant.

At first glance, you can see that it is indeed a colder area, but not one that is relevant for mold growth or condensation issues.
Furthermore, there are always so-called thermal bridges, i.e., poorer areas (like in your case) which are also taken into account in an energy saving ordinance calculation and must be assessed in their quantity.

In short: individual areas that are colder than the rest, which do not fall below the critical value of 12.7°C, are not a defect if they were constructed according to the planning and the specifications of the thermal insulation verification.

thank you very much for your message and information. Sorry for the delayed response. I also attached a picture of the room for you. So we looked at it with my site manager and identified the problem. The problem is in the cold roof. See pictures. The concrete conducts the cold downwards and the heat pushes upwards from below. We solve the problem by additionally insulating the whole cold roof on the sides and foaming the edges again, so that everything is sealed :).

The ceiling is 32 cm thick, wrong info.
