We drew the floor plan with chalk 1:1 on the ground in an industrial area … was also very helpful
I once saw a provider, just enter "life-size floor plan" in a search engine, then the provider appears. At that time, unfortunately the location was too far away for us. But from Q4/21 a location is supposed to open in Hamburg as well. If it had existed then, I would have done it!
Now it looks like this from the outside:
So on this topic I can only recommend the following to everyone. I rented a hall of about 100m2 and drew the floor plan of the ground floor and upper floor and recreated it with cardboard boxes. It doesn’t look that great but you get a very good feeling for what you decided on paper. For example, we adjusted several windows or changed rooms. Everything might work on paper, but when you walk through the house under real conditions you quickly realize what works and what doesn’t. I can only recommend this to everyone.
Looks nice! What pitch does your roof have? Do you have a knee wall?
