The cheapest, which includes "only" contract, construction performance description, etc. review, costs €2,250, the most expensive, which includes 9 construction supervisions, among other things, costs €9,950. Am I looking at the "wrong" builders' association?

We already signed the contract and only afterwards looked for a building savings contract.

I searched directly on the internet for building experts in my city; there was one with lots of top reviews, and I chose him.

It is a "flat rate" per appointment including travel. Well, the expert’s travel is coincidentally really very short for me, I don’t know how it would be with a greater distance!

Edit: the Bauherren-Schutzbund in our city did not have a building savings contract. The next one was about 45km away. Therefore, we looked for an alternative!
