External appliances refrigerator and stove - possible for Ikea Metod?

Hello everyone! I want to order an Ikea kitchen (Bodbyn) tomorrow and have it installed soon. However, for the refrigerator and stove, I would like to use third-party appliances (Siemens, Bosch, ...). Unfortunately, only a 45cm dishwasher fits for me, so it will probably be an Ikea machine. To avoid a wrong purchase in advance, I now rely on your help! 1. What do I urgently need to pay attention to? 2. Can I install a refrigerator without problems? Are flat hinges the right choice? Or does something have to be improvised? Or do I necessarily have to use overlay doors like the Ikea standard? 3. What are the niche dimensions (width/depth) for the Ikea tall cabinets? Unfortunately, this is not specified anywhere! Of course, I will adjust the height according to the refrigerator... 4. Do all stove combinations fit into a 60cm niche? with the hob set you only need to pay attention to the minimum thickness of the worktop specified by the manufacturer. I wouldn't want to do without pyrolysis and induction anymore.

Flush hinges are not a problem. Niche width 562 mm, cabinet depth 590 mm, minus space for ventilation, there is still enough room. You need to make sure which heights the fronts are available in and whether the fridge door can be covered with them. For the linked appliance, a 140 cm door is too tight, so you need to take 180 cm.

I have another question about the refrigerator.

Could I not install this refrigerator in a 220 cabinet in the middle and have a 40 door at the bottom and top respectively?
You mentioned in your last response that the niche height might be too tight and that I should rather install a 180 door. I find that possibly too large to open every time.
Could I solve this by moving the upper shelf up by one hole towards the door? That would create a gap, but the gap would be at about 200 height and thus hardly visible when standing in front of it.

If that is not possible, could you briefly explain why?

I quickly wrote and only looked at the side view in the measurement sketches. You can do it the way you wrote, so that part of the refrigerator is blocked by the other doors. I would do it so that something disappears from below behind the lower door, so that the control/display section is completely free when the refrigerator door is open. Ultimately, such detailed questions are best decided when you have the cabinet and the appliance in front of you.
