Hello,
we are currently also in the process of building a house with Heinz von Heiden and I can well understand the question from Faktus. In the standard version, we would also have had an uncontrolled ventilation system with Heinz von Heiden, but I simply did not want to and could not understand that we build the house completely airtight and even verify this with a blower door test, only to have a forced ventilation opening in every room on the other hand. This would have been only limitedly adjustable, and even in the closed state, a minimum amount of cold air would have constantly flowed in. Therefore, although you can heat a lot with the €4,000 extra cost, we decided on a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery. The supposedly more pleasant indoor climate is supposed to be worth it. However, I cannot yet provide any experience reports.
