Extension to an existing "multi-family house" - boundary distance?

How do you see the probability of total costs < 10k€?

I lack the necessary base of experience for probability calculation. Ask the community which offices are being considered. Hopefully they have already completed a substantial number of plans, so that a reasonably realistic assessment of the costs can be made there.
