Extend Atlant? Is that possible?

Hello,

in our new kitchen the water drain is further away, so the hose from Atlant is too short.
Is it possible to extend Atlant with HT pipes (these grey pipes) or with something else (hose)?
Or is a direct connection with HT pipes to the siphon possible? Then I would simply omit the hose.
Has anyone done this before and can give me some tips?

Hej Käthe, you can probably rig something up, but it’s better not to. If you extend with HT pipes, wastewater could collect inside and start to smell over time.

Hello, I have exactly the same problem. Due to space constraints, the sink is not directly in front of the drain, so the drain hose is too short. And because it is firmly connected to the siphon, it cannot be replaced by another one.

Simply fiddling on another flexible hose is likely to be problematic because it will definitely sag. But there must be some solution...

of course there is a solution. get on the phone and call a gas water plumb... installer and have the wall torn open and and and :D :D :D

sorry just kidding, well partly. in my single-family house we ALWAYS tell our customers that the sink should be directly at the connections so that such problems don’t occur. and if the customers still want the sink somewhere else, they have to figure out how to manage it themselves.
