Within a radius of 50 meters, there are mainly houses with one full floor and a developed attic, but there is also a house with two full floors and a developed attic. The structural utilization of the property would also allow that. So why shouldn’t it work?
Because you want a multi-family house and not a single-family house with many residential units.
