Experiences with floor construction on raw concrete ceiling?

Hello, I am Micha,
We are currently in the middle of renovation and extension.
So far, we have managed everything well.

Only with the floors I have no solution,
since I come rather from civil engineering.

Between the ground floor and ground floor, we have a hollow-core ceiling made of precast concrete elements from Dennert Massivhaus.
The ground floor consists of utility rooms: heating, utility room, garage, heated but no living spaces.
On the upper floor are living room, kitchen, bathroom.
A floor structure of 10 cm on the raw ceiling is planned.
With which materials could we build this structure?
Especially with insulation and impact sound insulation or underfloor heating in the bathroom, I have no idea.
Which systems/manufacturers or materials are recommended?
Of course, on top comes screed and floor covering: tiles, parquet, carpet.

10cm is quite little... Do cables still need to go in there?

No cables will be installed.

Are the 10 cm calculated with or without screed and floor covering? Or only insulation?

Is the complete structure including [Belag].
