We also want to get an offer from this company sometime soon.
So is a "Quietschehaus" a house that is simply "glued together" with prefabricated walls?
Like with Liapor prefabricated walls as well?

You said one should ask for a Hilti.
I assume that wasn’t necessarily a bad criticism if the walls are stable, right?

How does the stone perform in terms of insulation and soundproofing?

Hello,

No – prefabricated walls are not planned with this provider; although I have seen that he also occasionally builds conventionally.

You have to imagine it like a construction kit. The individual bricks are the shell with this provider, which is built per floor and then filled with concrete.

It means that you won’t get through the walls with conventional drills.

I wouldn’t want to call it stone now. However, the requirements are calculated by the provider’s structural engineer; just like with any other construction project.

Best regards from the Rhineland

So it sounds like you are not very enthusiastic about this "stone"? What would you recommend? We are still open in all directions. Which solid builders can you recommend?

We were also once interested in a Kern-Haus. Although it was already four years ago, the system probably hasn’t changed much. In Ransbach-Baumbach, near us, there are show houses. A colleague built with them three years ago because he found their building method interesting. Today, he would no longer build that way. He has trouble keeping the house warm in winter. He installed an air-to-water heat pump with an additional heating element, which is in continuous use during winter. He lives in the Westerwald, and it can get colder there than in the Rhine valley. If Kern-Haus, why not build yourself? With Euromac, you can also assemble your own building blocks.

Hello,

I am here to advise & help as best I can. My personal preferences have no place here and should neither influence you nor other users in their decision.

Sorry, but you have to find the right wall structure and temporary construction partner for yourself

Rhine regards

Hello,

Are you sure he didn't rather choose a GSHP? With the air-to-water heat pump, the share of electrical costs for the heating wires amounts to only about 2% of the consumption costs

Rhenish greetings
