Isn't that more of an offer that architects could provide? So rather later the target group "architect" instead of client for you?

Some architects already have this in their program, completely free of charge. However, I have to say that it did not convince me. The proportions, exactly what was mentioned earlier and many people cannot really imagine, also come across completely distorted with the glasses.

For example, we wanted to see how the (unintentionally) planned very distant TV looks visually. The 3D view did not help at all because the distances and dimensions were depicted completely unrealistically. Likewise, actually spacious corridors appeared as if you were almost scraping the walls on the right and left.

There are certainly different systems and some may find it simply "nice" this way. However, from my own perspective, I doubt whether anyone would spend that much money for a small show. The comparison to construction costs is a bit off there ;)

Yes, definitely for later :-) But first we want to get feedback from the "end user." Of course, we are also in talks with interested architects at the same time.

For us, of course, it is also the "easiest" if architects include this in their complete offering, but currently we are less focused on the perfect business plan and more on a value-adding product.

Thank you very much for your feedback! That is interesting, so far we have only shown the model to people who are not currently building a house, but the feedback was quite different: that you get a very good sense of space, as if you were really standing there. Maybe our YouTube video gives a little more insight.

We see the VR model much less as a show, for that the money would really be too precious. Rather, it is about supporting the planning process in order to be able to reconcile ideas with the planning status very early and quickly, and for example to experience the lighting or the room size with furnishings.

If it is still relevant for you: we would be happy to create a VR model of your house – then definitely with realistic sizes and distances, including the TV :-)
