Hello,
I need your experience on how to get exceptions/exemptions from the development plan approved.
We would like to put up a carport on our corner plot at the edge of the development area. However, we would then be outside the building boundary. Within the development area itself, there are already exceptions to the development plan, so that people were able to place their carport closer to the street.
I think I read somewhere that if the municipality has already approved exceptions, they must also approve further exceptions – but I can't find it anymore and I no longer have a paragraph for it.
Do you have any idea how to "convince" the municipality that the car
