Good day,
I am not building myself, but my neighbor is. His excavation pit has now been dug out. Since a basin is going under the house, the excavation was done beyond the property boundary. In the process, the cable connection was cut through without informing anyone. It can happen, it has been repaired.
Meanwhile, the earth excavation has grown to about 20 meters in length and up to about 50 cm close to our sewer pipe. At the inspection shaft, it is still 10-20 cm. I am now concerned that the earth may settle or shift now or at some point in the future and that the pipes could break. How does one document something like this or how should one behave?
Thank you very much
