Hello everyone,
we are currently planning our new building and are having second thoughts about the heating topic.
The development area has access to a local heating network.
The costs for the house connection + installation amount to €6k.
Heating costs are as follows:
Basic fee: €99.96/year
Operating price: 9.53 cents/kWh
Meter fee: €11.10/month
Hot water costs are as follows:
Meter price: €2.08/month
Water: €8.22/m³
How would you evaluate the local heating tariff?
The heating costs would still be okay, but I find it hard to assess the hot water topic.
Would you bind yourself to a monopolist? (You can tell my doubts from this question)
Currently, I am considering switching from local heating + underfloor heating + controlled residential ventilation to air-water heat pump + underfloor heating + controlled residential ventilation.
What do you think?
Regards and many thanks
