Well, you still have a high outstanding debt after 10 years! That means you are hardly repaying. The woman is supposed to be out of the financing and is also not an owner.

Ah, I had somehow assumed the 46,000€ equity was the property and was then puzzled by the slightly different value. That of course makes it a bit better, possibly by that crucial little bit.

Exactly, the property is paid for, I have the €46,000 in the account and can generate about €21,000 in personal effort. I am very much aware that the entire financing is tight. But I now have a better feeling because you say that it is basically doable if I watch the costs and do not push them higher through sample selections and other ideas. Thank you very much to you.

What kind of trauma have you actually experienced that makes you bring up this topic so critically/dramatically in almost every thread? If he/she is financing alone, it is his/her good right, no matter the reason?!
