The network operator is ENSO. The pictures are from May of this year.

I don't want to rub salt in the wound, but THAT really should have been clarified beforehand. Crane under overhead line could be an obstacle ... What about the meadow to the left of the construction site? Can anything go there? P.S.: I wouldn't be so sure that this is electricity. Could also be telecommunications.
