Then make sure your architect is also aware of this. What you can see in the plan excerpt, in my opinion, consistently has a commercial building aesthetic.

In this respect, I consider any dealing with a driveway whose "steepness" hasn't yet set a cherry pit rolling to be the wrong issue.

The parapet on the plan should not win any awards either. It was only drawn in for illustration purposes and can also be visually adjusted afterward. However, this has nothing to do with my concern regarding the "steep driveway," which is more important to me.

Konrad Adenauer would have replied at this point: "you know more about that than I do"

Real driveways of this gradient, as well as the overly steep driveway of your fears, do not either. A snake is only that from the rabbit’s perspective

check off your "problem".

I think you have already seen dozens of them and didn't recognize them because in reality they don't look as steep as you imagine them.
