Hello everyone,
We are currently facing an important decision that is crucial for our further planning. From a credit perspective, we do not rely on a KFW/value.
Regardless of the EvEV, our decision would be quite conservative (independent of doors and windows with triple glazing) as follows:
Gas heating with underfloor heating + fireplace + 30cm Poroton outer bricks.
This is certainly no longer so easily possible, at the latest since this year. The following key questions arise for me:
I would first like to weigh which brick is necessary and which heating system makes sense in combination. (Gas or air heat).
Even if these questions cannot be answered in part without further information, I can certainly get a feeling from your answers about the direction the research needs to take. I am happy to answer any follow-up questions. Thank you very much for that!

[*]Since the Energy Saving Ordinance 2014, is a 36.5 cm outer wall mandatory in order to meet the minimum insulation requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance?
[*]Who is the expert for this, who calculates the Energy Saving Ordinance values – the heating engineer?
[*]From when is forced ventilation necessary (which we do not want if possible)?
[*]Does a fireplace have any influence on the Energy Saving Ordinance?
