Hello everyone,
for our new building (KfW-70) we received an energy demand calculation the other day. I wanted to hear some PROFESSIONAL OPINIONS on it.
Reference area 290m², actual living area 172m²
- Transmission heat loss=0.28 W/m²K (79% of the reference value, 71% of the energy saving ordinance)
- Heating energy demand=38 kWh/m²a
- Primary energy demand=40.0 kWh/m²a (60% of the reference value)
- Total final energy demand=15.4 kWh/m²a
- Controlled residential ventilation with WRG 90%
- Air heat pump
That means with around 5000 kWh / year we should be well within the calculation, so less than 30 kWh / m² of actual living area per year. These values seem quite good to me for a "non-passive house"...
What does the expert community think? :-)
