Energy consulting for extension *facepalm*

Finally, the building permit is granted and yet it is still not enough to start building. Architect, structural engineer, soil expert, surveyor of course are not enough. For a simple extension, according to the building permit, I also have to pay an energy consultant. No wonder that a puny single-family house costs about 1 million DM today. :eek:

Since last week (after 9.5 months) we have the construction clearance. But the companies are not allowed to cross the sidewalk. Because that requires a separate permit. As if you couldn’t just combine everything...

With 15 months waiting time for the building permit, I'm complaining to you guys :) Because of missing bicycle racks in the drawing :) :) :) ....laughing to death...

The thermal insulation certificate is required and nothing new, it says everywhere. Complain to the client and their planner.

According to the authority, the approval can only take place once the building permit is available. I am the client. However, I will write a written complaint to myself...

What is meant by this: the protection of the sidewalk during the phase of regular crossing with heavy trucks, in Teutonic bureaucratic perfection of course with illuminated warning barriers, because the planks represent a tripping hazard (thankfully not a meter high, otherwise they would have to be handrailed) and according to DIN EN 0815-4711 a standard edge warning tape (in double version: white-red striped for uninvolved persons, black-yellow striped for employees) is not sufficient???
