Our question therefore is, what can we do about it? Is there a possibility that the power pole can be relocated? If yes, who bears the costs? Whom do we have to contact? The energy supplier?
I recommend taking a look at the "Ordinance on General Conditions for Network Connection and Its Use for Electricity Supply at Low Voltage" NAV. Everything is basically stated there. The obligation to tolerate is regulated in §12 NAV. Since the pole is part of the OVN (I assume this, inter-municipal transport does not take place via wooden poles), no entry in the land register/charge register is required, as the pole + line are secured by NAV. The contact person is usually the network operator (not the energy supplier).
