Electricity cost estimation approximately needed - private or electrician

We plan to convert a 70m² apartment and I have 2 questions regarding the electrical work: 1.) I have a master electrician in the family who would do the whole thing for me, but a friend said there might be problems because he is already retired and might not be able to approve it... I have no idea about this at all but is she right?! and 2) What kind of material costs should I expect for a 70m² apartment? (only concerning the electrical work?!)

If the apartment has a distributor, you don’t need to take it down. The retiree can easily manage that. Only when replacing the meter you absolutely have to hire a company. The costs depend on the equipment, which sockets, how many... Plus cables. Add everything up and go online to compare prices. We ordered everything online. Well, almost everything. Regards
