Not just maybe, but definitely! The two additional conductors really don’t add much cost and you can draw plenty of power. No matter what for (fast charger, circular saw, wood splitter, compressor, etc.). And you automatically get three freely available 230V outlets as a bonus.

In the kitchen (for the work area, everything else is a personal matter): individual and separately fused outlets for all major consumers (microwave, dishwasher, grill, etc.) and individual but possibly jointly fused outlets for all permanently connected devices (kettle, coffee machine, extractor hood, radio, etc.) plus a few (!) free outlets – because how many devices (blenders, etc.) do you want to use simultaneously?

Price-wise, it’s not really the number of sockets that matters, but the number of outlets and fuse circuits. Whether a single socket, a double socket, or even a triple socket is attached to an outlet isn’t that significant cost-wise. What causes costs is the conduit and wiring TO the outlets!

Cheers!
