I'll put it this way.... you probably paid too much
From my negotiation history, I had significantly different values.

Our kitchen was initially supposed to cost between 25 and 29,000 € at 4 kitchen studios (the internet price of the appliances was just under 8,000 €)
In the end, I had offers on the table for 11-16,000 €.

I claim you always get at least half. The sales manager bringing up the argument: can't go any lower, can also mean that they currently have enough business.
We had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment at 2 kitchen studios

I don't think so... when negotiating with 8 studios over weeks, it becomes quite clear how far the providers can go down. I did write €26,000 but you have to know that those were the first discounted prices. That we were initially quoted prices upwards of €30,000 before the seller pressed the "discount button" I didn't take seriously and didn't include here...
