Hello everyone,

we are currently planning our bathroom. We had planned the electric heater at a spot where our thermostat is now supposed to be. According to our house electrician, we should find another place for the electric heater, as otherwise it would interfere with the temperature controller. Now the question: is this really necessary? We would probably only need the electric heater mainly during the transitional period anyway. What do you think?

Thank you in advance.

We have no thermostats and no electric radiators and are satisfied ;-) It depends on how you feel... Electric radiators are used because higher room temperatures for bathrooms are included in the room heating load calculations. Thermostats are probably not necessary depending on the design (have little influence on the temperature). I would rather not place the heating next to the thermostat. That confuses your heating system.
