To respond to the OP again: So far I have received four to five offers for various civil engineering earthworks. They were all based on cubic meters, divided into: transport and installation, clearing and disposal, and just moving. The quantity was only an estimate. So the offer never referred to the final amount, but only to the price per cubic meter. This way, they are always out of risk...
