Earthworks costs in Bavaria

construction of the house will start soon. Can someone estimate how high the costs for the earthworks will be or share their experiences? How is it calculated?
The construction is in Bavaria, 160 sqm + basement, double garage (not basemented), "at first glance" normal soil

If it "starts soon," why isn't there an earth mover yet? Then you have the numbers relatively concrete.

How is that calculated?

Based on actual effort and quantities.

We are meeting with the earthworks contractor on Friday. I wanted to prepare accordingly until then.

Both the bank and the general contractor have estimated 10,000 € for this item. Personally, that seems too little to me, especially when I read some threads here. And yes, the earth is supposed to be hauled away.

You only know more details once you have the results of the soil analysis.

We are building without a basement and have Z1.1, so the excavation will cost around 20,000€. Earthworks are included with the house, no idea what they cost.

Yes, it will probably be more. If unpleasant things like contamination/pollution come into play, quickly even double, as Marvin wrote.

The removal of the soil cost us about €7000. However, we also have a sloped site and a basement. The earthworks themselves should be included in the shell construction offer. (That's how it is with us, I think overall we will come to about €15,000)
